Backorders
Our most popular yarn and products may sell out quickly and will be placed temporarily on backorder. This means that the items are currently out of stock and are on order from our supplier. We place our orders weekly and delivery time from our supplier is approx. 7 to 10 days. Your entire order will be processed and sent out altogether, once the backorder items have arrived back in stock.
Postage
American yarns makes every effort to provide you only the best quality yarns and crafts. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we can arrange a refund or a product exchange.
Our products are shipped via Australia Post, you can choose either standard delivery or Express Post, Parcels should be delivered to your place (in Australia) within 3 to 7 business days (depending on your location) – so you can start your crochet or knitting projects immediately and make someone extremely happy :)
If your package is not delivered within 7 business days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us during business hours at 0414 418 377 Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm and we will gladly assist you in tracking your order.
Postage International
Postage costs will be calculated during checkout, based on international prices provided by Australia Post (Regular and Express Shipping)
