Exchanges and store credits are offered in accordance with Consumer Affairs Victoria guidelines. If you’re not satisfied with an item, you can return it to us using the contact details provided. Once your return is received, we’ll notify you via email to confirm its arrival. After processing, we’ll promptly issue your store credit or exchange to ensure a smooth resolution.

How Store Credits Work

For store credit customers, a unique code will be sent to your email address to use for your next purchase. This code allows you to redeem your store credit at any time. Additionally, we’ll contact you directly via email to ensure you have all the information you need for your future shopping experience.
