Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning an item. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. In such cases, American Yarns will cover the return postage cost, provided you supply a receipt for reimbursement. Please note that the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you will depend on your location.
Returning Expensive Items
If you’re returning high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for peace of mind. This ensures the package can be traced during transit. American Yarns cannot guarantee we will receive returned items and cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
Returns and Refunds
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase or discover any damage or issues, we will gladly replace or exchange the item or issue store credit upon receiving the returned item.
Returns and exchanges must be notified within 30 days of receiving the product. All postage costs for returns are to be paid by the buyer. Please contact us before sending items back. Returns must be in their original condition, and the buyer is responsible for return postage. All returns should be sent to:
