You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If return items are due to the fault of American Yarns, then the postage cost will be covered by the company. A receipt will be needed to issue the refund payment.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or find any damage or issues with the product we will happily replace or exchange the product or issue a store credit for you to use once the item/s have been returned. Please contact us before returning the item/s.
The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer. The item MUST be returned in its original condition.
